Your website, kept current
Keep your website and Google presence current without adding another dashboard to your day. Send the change in plain language, review exactly what will happen, and let ProntoReach handle publication and verification.
Today
The everyday problem
Hours change. Events move. Prices shift. Teams get busy. ProntoReach is designed to turn the messages and photos you already send into controlled, reviewable website updates.
Describe the change in plain language or send a photo, voice note, or document.
See the exact proposed update and approve it before anything reaches your public site.
Every approved release is published, checked, recorded, and ready to roll back if needed.
Why ProntoReach
Website builders give you tools. Traditional maintenance gives you a queue. ProntoReach is being designed around the job you actually need done: turning an approved business change into an accurate, verified public update.
Start with one message. Review the proposed website, language, schedule, and Google Business Profile changes together, with separate approval and delivery status for each destination.
Menus, promotions, service times, events, holiday hours, photos, and announcements follow reusable workflows instead of becoming custom web projects.
Assign roles by organization and location, require the right approval, preserve an audit trail, and restore a previous website release when needed.
A simpler update loop
The pilot workflow is being designed around three clear steps.
Use WhatsApp, the portal, email, a photo, document, or voice note.
Check the structured preview, multilingual copy, affected pages, and timing.
The system releases the approved version, checks the result, and confirms completion.
What ProntoReach automates
Send structured facts in a message, photo, voice note, document, or connected source. ProntoReach prepares the exact change, validates it, creates enabled-language versions, requests the right approval, publishes, checks the live result, and records what happened.
Controlled automation
Routine automation handles extraction, validation, translation, scheduling, publication, verification, and audit recording. The default workflow still shows the exact revision to an authorized person before publishing. Low-confidence or ambiguous work becomes a human-assisted update.
Google Business Profile changes require specific approval for the destination during the pilot.
Start with what matters
Each pilot starts with a focused industry setup, then adds only the modules your organization will use.
“Mark the patio closed tonight and update all enabled languages.”
“Launch this weekend offer and remove it Monday morning.”
“Post the food-drive details and add it to the calendar.”
Security, control, and accountability
ProntoReach is being designed with a NIST-aligned security program, least-privilege access, exact approvals, and traceability across every update path.
Role-based accessOwners, managers, editors, approvers, billing users, and auditors get only the access they need.
MFA and exact approvalsPrivileged actions require stronger authentication, and every approval is tied to one specific change and revision.
Protected audit trailRequests, decisions, releases, access changes, and rollbacks are recorded with the responsible actor.
Recognized security standardsNIST CSF 2.0 guides risk management, NIST SSDF guides development, and OWASP ASVS provides testable application-security requirements.

Annual billing is planned at the price of ten months. The accessibility baseline and platform-caused remediation are included. Unusually large legacy-document remediation, professional captioning, independent certification, domain registration, advertising, payment processing, and third-party subscriptions are separate.

It is being built as a managed website service. You send business changes in familiar ways, review a structured preview, and ProntoReach handles publication and verification.
Security is planned as a standard part of every subscription. NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 guides governance and operational risk, NIST SSDF 1.1 guides secure development, and OWASP ASVS 5.0 Level 2 is the verification target for the authenticated platform and APIs. The baseline includes least-privilege access, MFA for privileged actions, tenant isolation, encryption, monitoring, protected audit records, vulnerability management, backups, incident response, and recovery tests. These are design and verification commitments, not a claim of NIST or OWASP certification.
ProntoReach is designed to publish in any language. The founding service starts with English, Spanish, and Portuguese; additional languages are enabled after we validate the required script, fonts, layout direction, regional formatting, translation workflow, and quality review. Each enabled language follows the same preview, approval, audit, and release process.
Yes. Your organization remains the registrant. ProntoReach will coordinate the DNS and certificate setup needed to serve the managed site on your domain.
You keep your domain and receive a deployable ZIP of the latest verified static website, including its code, transferable assets, structured content, redirects, deployment instructions, and checksums. We coordinate the move to your selected host, verify the new site before switching DNS, and keep the previous static release available for a 30-day transition. After the handoff, we revoke and delete ProntoReach domain and integration credentials while retaining only required non-secret audit or financial records. A domain name does not host files by itself, so continued operation after the transition requires deployment to another host or a separately stated static-hosting option.
The planned reseller portal supports secure invitations through WhatsApp, email, text message, shareable link, or QR code. Every channel opens the same ProntoReach signup flow, where the customer verifies their identity, reviews pricing and terms, gives consent, and establishes ownership. Referral attribution does not give the reseller access to customer content, billing, domains, credentials, or approvals; any support access requires a separate customer-approved, scoped, revocable grant.
Yes. When a new customer joins through your recorded referral, you earn two months of your own base plan. If they choose monthly billing, the reward is earned after 12 consecutive paid months. If they choose annual billing, it is earned as soon as their first annual payment settles. Monthly customers receive the next two eligible base-plan invoice credits; annual customers receive a two-month extension or equivalent renewal credit. The reward excludes setup, add-ons, usage, taxes, and third-party fees and may be reversed for a refund, chargeback, fraud, or corrected attribution.
No. The public website will connect to supported providers. Ordering, inventory, checkout, donations, membership, and payment processing remain with the systems designed to own those records.
Yes. The planned role model separates owners, administrators, location managers, editors, approvers, billing users, auditors, and viewers, with optional location-level scope.
Configured routine changes can be automated: hours, contact and location facts, events, announcements, approved text, images and links, restaurant menus and specials, retail product fields and offers, church service times and sermon metadata, enabled-language versions, eligible Google Business Profile updates, release checks, and scheduled reports. The system routes low-confidence, ambiguous, sensitive, unsupported, or custom work to human assistance or a separate quote.
No. The planned default workflow creates a reviewable change set. Publication requires the appropriate approval unless the owner has configured a narrow routine-automation policy.
Yes. The planned connection covers approved profile facts, special hours, posts, media, review replies, notifications, and performance reporting. Google access requires the business owner's consent, and profile mutations will use the same exact-approval and audit workflow.
Yes. Every ProntoReach-managed template targets WCAG 2.2 AA and includes color-safe themes, non-color cues, keyboard-visible controls, content guidance, and release checks. During setup we review imported content and flag third-party tools or legacy files that need separate remediation. We report and track exceptions rather than promising that an automated score alone guarantees legal compliance.
The launch report combines authorized Google Business Profile reviews with privacy-first website analytics. It shows ratings and counts by source, positive and negative themes, constructive recommendations, page views, estimated visitors, top pages, and configured action clicks. Eligible Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Yelp, or other sources are added only through official APIs or licensed feeds, so coverage and any extra provider charge are confirmed during setup. We do not scrape review websites or describe clicks as completed sales or visits.
You may submit any number of routine requests. Every plan includes 1,000 successfully published automated changes and two human-assisted routine updates per month. Additional automated changes are 10¢ each. Additional assisted updates are $5 each and include up to five operator minutes; we obtain approval before paid assistance begins. Publishing the same business fact across enabled languages and supported destinations counts once. Drafts, failures, retries, and ProntoReach corrections do not count. Separate usage alerts and overage caps prevent surprise charges.
They are the planned pilot prices and service boundaries. We will validate actual support time, infrastructure cost, and request volume before making long-term commitments.
